LKA Recruitment was established on 6th November 2018, Liz, Kathy and Amanda having either founded or worked at another well known agency together in Colchester, sadly found it necessary to leave due to ethical differences.


LKA is a modern Agency with old fashioned values, between us we have over 100 years in the Recruitment Industry our knowledge is second to none, we believe in giving our Candidates and Clients a professional and personal service, finding out their exact requirements, this enables us to match candidate to client.


Loyalty Knowledge Ambition are our key values and we endeavour to follow these values at all times, adding in a little humour along the way to enhance the experience of working with us for both Candidates and Clients.

Our aim at LKA recruitment for Candidates is to assist you in finding your next job. We work in a variety of specialist sectors allowing us to find you the perfect job. We pride ourselves on the quality of care we give each and every candidate during your search for work. We would like to see you face to face then we can get to know exactly what you are looking for.


The Team deal with both Temporary and Permanent placements in the following industries;


Commercial, anything from an Office Junior to Senior Management, anything in between.


Industrial, Picking/Packing/Warehouse, Machine Operators/Parcel Sorters to name a few.


Driving from HGV I down to 3.5 drivers all categories of Forklift and Drivers Mates.

Liz has been working in Recruitment for over 20 years, she strongly feels that the personal involvement with Candidates and Clients is foremost in the Recruitment World, she specialises in Temporary Commercial/Industrial Recruitment.

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Kathy having founded and worked in a well-known Colchester Agency for the past 40 years is really enjoying this new challenge using her experience and seeing familiar faces along the way, she specialises in the permanent side of recruitment.

AMANDA
DOYLAND

DRIVING MANAGER

Amanda has been in recruitment for over 22 years, setting up many Divisions. Over the last 15 years she has specialised in the Driving sector dealing with HGV Drivers, 7.5, 3.5 and Forklift Drivers, her compliance and knowledge is so extensive it ensures the service she delivers is second to none.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Helen Clark MAAT, is the Accounts Manager and has over 25 years’ experience, the majority being in the Recruitment Industry. She likes to have good working relationship with her counter parts at our Clients as this leads to a smooth and happy environment and generates positivity both ways.

Valerie GambLE

ADMINISTRATOR

Valerie Gamble is the part-time Administrator for LKA Recruitment, she checks the files to ensure that we are compliant, she will assist with interviewing candidates for all divisions.

Christine Carter

ADMINISTRATOR

Chris is always on hand to help out in a crisis, for any office administration Christine is the expert tea maker and the go to person for everyone if they have any spelling or grammatical queries.
